The Lead Trainer is responsible for assessing capability gaps through analysis of business performance data, designing training programs, delivering efficient and effective training, and coaching sessions and evaluating training effectiveness. They are responsible for developing and implementing capability building for business-critical processes. They work collaboratively between the business and the trainers and function as coach and mentor to the trainers.
