About The Position

For this role as a Lead Algorithm Developer, you will help develop disruptive technologies focused on target tracking and prediction. You will create and implement algorithms, design and conduct robust experiments and analysis, collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and interact with customers. You will explore fascinating datasets, develop cutting-edge algorithmic techniques, and solve high-impact, unique problems for our customers. We are looking for someone to join our team onsite as this position is based primarily in the Woburn, MA office.

Requirements

• Hold a PhD (or equivalent experience) in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, data science.
• Significant experience with tracking technologies, specifically with Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) or related algorithms.
• Expertise using C++ programming language.
• Ability to perform experiment design, performance modeling and simulation runs, and associated test verification and performance analysis.
• Proficient in systems simulation capabilities, Monte Carlo methods, data structures.
• Able to communicate technical foundations of models and algorithms.
• Able to work and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas.
• Experience with common software development tools (e.g. Git, Linux, Anaconda, Docker).
• Expertise using Python or MATLAB for scientific programming, algorithm development, data analysis, and complex visualizations (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
• An active security clearance.
