Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is looking for an experienced Tool Maker with a desire to lead and mentor others to join our talented team of 70+ skilled Machinists and Toolmakers in our climate-controlled, advanced manufacturing facilities located in Cedarburg, WI . What You’ll Do: You’ll play a key role in the design, build, refurbishment, and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds that serve industries like Automotive, Medical, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond. As a Lead Tool Maker, you’ll guide projects through the shop without the need to write plans or purchase material. You will focus on toolmaking while providing hands-on direction to fellow Tool Makers and mentoring apprentices — all in collaboration with a supportive and experienced team. What’s In It for You? Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker is required
