Requirements

  • WA State ECE Certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or childcare setting
  • Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with families and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred
