About The Position

The Lead Toddler Teacher will create and implement activities that stimulate children’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional growth; communicate and maintain effective working relationships with the children, parents, and staff of the center; assist with the supervision, training, and mentoring of assistant teachers; conduct and document developmental screenings and assessments of children.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related field required.
  • Must meet all licensing requirements for the State of Ohio regarding employment with children.
  • Experience in a licensed early childhood program serving toddlers and preschoolers in a developmentally appropriate environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
