Requirements

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• At least one year of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2s and 3s.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment.
• Create and develop good hygiene practices and good toilet training habits in kids.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements.
