About The Position

The Lead Threat Hunter is responsible for establishing and driving the organization’s threat hunting program to proactively detect and mitigate advanced threats. This role formulates hunting hypotheses based on priority risks, conducts proactive and ad hoc hunting exercises and validates and escalates uncovered threats. A key focus is on automating and orchestrating the hunting process to improve efficiency and scalability. Additionally, documents methodologies, trains the team and designs reporting metrics to measure the program's success. By combining strategic leadership with technical expertise, this role ensures the organization stays ahead of evolving cyber threats.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in the Cybersecurity or IT fields of study required
  • Proven work experience with a wide variety of cybersecurity tools and data analytics platforms
  • Relevant cybersecurity and technology certifications
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology
