About The Position

Provide direct individual, group, and family psychotherapy to assigned adolescent residents, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social needs. Lead and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, supervision, and clinical support to ensure high-quality care. Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans, incorporating progress notes, therapy documentation, and outcome measures. Monitor and maintain therapist caseloads, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and program policies. Facilitate regular treatment team meetings to coordinate care, review progress, and recommend modifications to interventions. Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing consultation on complex cases, therapeutic approaches, and crisis management. Support professional development of therapists through training, feedback, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards related to mental health care delivery. Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to support continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes. Identify programmatic improvements and assist in developing policies, procedures, and best practices for therapy services.
