About The Position

The Brook – KMI is a 98-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adolescents, adults and seniors. Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors and activity therapists. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Provides leadership in facilitating, organizing and coordinating the functions of outpatient clinical services programs. Supports the therapeutic team and provides direct provision of clinical behavioral health and or/ substance use services to patients. In Collaboration with DOS coordinates and ensures that outpatient programming takes place as scheduled by delegating or filling in when coverage is needed. Provides direction and leadership of staffing operations of programs offered. Helps to manage group schedules programming. Provides individual and/or group licensure supervision. Assists with triaging daily operations of all outpatient staff, including PRN staff. Provides clinical counseling consultation for therapists as needed and assists with evaluating employee performance. Adheres to respective board mandated professional development and CEU requirements needed to maintain active certification or licensure. Assist with new hire onboarding and training, chart audits, and data collection for aftercare audits. Fills in for DOS when needed for administrative needs and attends meetings. Requirements

  • Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences.
  • licensed in state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
  • 3 to 5 years of outpatient behavioral health work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 to 8 years outpatient behavioral health work experience
