The Unaccompanied Children (UC) Transitional Foster Care (TFC) Program Lead Clinician/Lead Case Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing clinical and case management services, trains and supervises clinical and case management staff to ensure adherence with job responsibilities, training, agency expectations, and provide a positive work environment, while effectively maintaining a client caseload. This position is responsible for coordinating case management and safe and timely release services and ensuring that case managers complete relevant training on child welfare topics. This position is also responsible for training and supervising the clinician and case manager staff. This position ensures that child-facing services are provided on-site and in a confidential manner.
