We are looking for a Lead Technology Solutions Professional who can build applications in Salesforce Health Cloud for our rapidly expanding Primary Care business. The goal is to empower our Medicare sales agents who assist seniors in choosing our senior-focused primary care services. This role sits at the intersection of the latest technology and enhancing the health and happiness of our clients, leveraging technical skills to promote healthier lifestyles. As a Lead Technology Solutions professional, you will work directly with Senior Leadership on the Primary Care Growth Team. While your primary focus will be to build Sales applications on Salesforce Health Cloud, you will quickly expand beyond Salesforce, learning new programming paradigms and adopting emerging tools as the software engineering world evolves. Current sales agent tools include managed packages like Blackthorn, BrainShark, and Spiff, while we explore the latest AI technologies to enhance our services. AI tools currently in use include Salesforce Einstein Lead Scoring, Bigtincan's AuthoringAI, RoleplayAI, Coaching AI and InvocaAI for conversational intelligence. The company plans to introduce more AI features going forward to help sales agents keep up with the demands of the fast-growing business.
