Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Application & Cloud Transformation team to realize a world class, next-gen Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution for the firm, creating an innovative and efficient customer and agent experience. In this role, you will lead complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact. You will act as a key contributor in automating the provisioning of Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as a Code. You will make decisions in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering and large-scale technology solutions. This includes the design, optimization, and documentation of the engineering aspects of the Cloud platform. You will need to understand industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading the technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. You will review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions in Cloud for strategic business objectives and solving technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple parameters, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Collaboration and consultation with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups will be essential to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. You will build and enable cloud infrastructure, automate the orchestration of the entire Azure/GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Cloud Platforms for Wells Fargo Enterprise, and work in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust Cloud-centric solutions. Additionally, you will closely work with the Product Team and Vendors to develop and deploy Cloud services to meet customer expectations.

  • Lead complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact.

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Node JS, JAVA, Spring Boot.
  • 3+ years working with Cloud Platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • 2+ years of experience with Python.
  • 2+ years of experience with GenAI.
  • 1+ years of experience with Playbooks, Vertex AI.
  • 5+ years of Contact Center industry experience with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, CRMs and business applications.
  • 3 years' experience with Google Cloud Platform and its services or alternate public/hybrid cloud.
  • 3 years fullstack experience with Kafka, Distributed Caches, Elastic Search technologies, GraphQL, and NoSQL Databases.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases and conversational bots.
  • 3+ years of Deep Domain Driven Design experience with cloud native Microservices.
  • 3+ years of real time low latency, front-end Web applications experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks for Unit testing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with TrueCD, DevOps with Cucumber, Jenkins.
  • Experience with Google Agent Development Kit.
  • Experience working in Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tool Terraform and GitHub.
  • Scripting and infrastructure automation experience.
  • Professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP or other cloud providers.
  • Good understanding of Network Security Experience and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Exposure to ADK, LangChain and LangGraph is a plus.
