About The Position

As the Lead Technology Product Manager for Surveillance Solutions at Wolters Kluwer, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle for the Sentri7 suite, which includes Sentri7 Pharmacy, Sentri7 IP, Sentri7 AUR Reporting, and Sentri7 Drug Diversion. This suite provides essential clinical surveillance solutions to U.S. hospitals, enabling them to achieve the Triple Aim of optimizing cost, quality, and patient experience while also prioritizing the well-being of healthcare providers. Your role will involve a deep engagement with industry trends, regulatory updates, and customer needs to ensure that the products remain competitive and relevant in the healthcare market. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, assessing competitor capabilities, and collaborating with leadership to design and implement third-party market research that informs product strategy and roadmap. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be crucial for understanding their needs and ensuring that the product offerings align with market demands. As a ‘player-coach’, you will lead the product management team while directly managing the Drug Diversion product, creating investment cases for new features, and maintaining a rolling 12-month development roadmap for the product portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Senior Director of Product Management for Health Clinical Surveillance & Compliance. Your responsibilities will also include planning and leading product research initiatives, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with product analysts and designers to ensure that the product functionality meets user experience standards. Compliance with government mandates and certification requirements relevant to the Sentri7 surveillance portfolio will also be a key focus area.
