About The Position
As the Lead Technology Product Manager for Surveillance Solutions, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle for the Sentri7 suite, which includes Sentri7 Pharmacy, Sentri7 IP, Sentri7 AUR Reporting, and Sentri7 Drug Diversion. This suite provides clinical surveillance solutions to U.S. hospitals, helping them achieve the Triple Aim of optimizing cost, quality, and patient experience while also focusing on the well-being of healthcare providers. Your role will involve reading industry publications, monitoring regulatory updates, attending webinars and tradeshows, and engaging with customers to develop expertise in clinical surveillance. You will also survey the market to assess the capabilities and strategies of competitors and partner with leadership to design and deploy third-party market research to inform product strategy and roadmap. In this position, you will maintain close relationships with key customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal and external advanced technology teams to inform solution strategy. As a ‘player-coach’, you will lead the product management team supporting Sentri7 surveillance solutions while directly managing the Drug Diversion product. You will create new feature investment cases and maintain a rolling 12-month development roadmap for the products in your portfolio. Collaboration with product development will be essential to plan and deliver product enhancements, coordinate Go To Market and Sales Enablement activities, and work with the Director of Product Strategy to research potential adjacencies and growth areas for the portfolio. This role is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management for Health Clinical Surveillance & Compliance. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle for Sentri7 surveillance products, developing and communicating product strategy, conducting market research, and monitoring customer satisfaction indicators. Additionally, you will analyze sales pipeline data and collaborate with product analysts and designers to ensure the development of required product functionality with a compelling user experience. Compliance with government mandates and certification requirements relevant to the Sentri7 surveillance portfolio will also be a key responsibility.
