About The Position

Performs all duties and responsibilities when the Supervisor is on vacation or unavailable, Oversee daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing staff to maintain the quality and safety of blood products, Responsibilities include performing advanced testing, managing inventory, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with other medical staff to support patient transfusions, This leadership role also includes training new personnel and ensuring accurate record-keeping,

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Four 4 plus years of experience in Blood Bank

Nice To Haves

• ASCP or NCA certification preferred
