About The Position

This is a Lead Technician role for our Twinsburg, OH team. You will use schematics with manufacturing information (MI) for project systems and assemblies including complex mechanical and complex wiring of assignments. The role requires demonstrating project ownership with the ability to work independently and possessing advanced process knowledge as a skilled specialist. This position requires considerable judgment and initiative to lead quality and efficiencies. You will help coordinate ETO production, project prioritization and planning while collaboratively providing updates, and support the training needs of the assembly team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Experience in a Lead role of some capacity

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiencies of multiple project teams concurrently
• Determine priorities, delegate work assignments, and support assembly team build.
• Identify potential roadblocks to team goals, propose solutions and resources needed, to the team, supervisor, or management.
• Demonstrate understanding and problem-solving techniques and analysis of existing processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to communicate and work directly with engineering teams on complex projects.
• Participate in team meetings, positive, professional approach to work, willingness to help in other areas.
