Job responsibilities and expectations include, but are not limited to: Carry out a quality check upon the completion of each service to ensure all areas are clean and have a show-ready appearance Chandelier polishing using a Teflon product and a microfiber towel Complete training for Aerial and Scissor lifts Determine proper cleaning methods for each service Gutter cleaning Implement the company mission, vision, and values Maintain an organized workspace to prevent accidents inside and outside a client's residence Perform routine maintenance on all equipment Pressure washing using commercial grade pressure washers Safely use ladders up to 32 feet Train and coach new hires Window cleaning using water-fed poles or the traditional method using soap and squeegees Work with customers throughout the work order to provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

Clear background, no felonies or misdemeanors
Comfortable with heights
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum of three years of experience
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
