Job Summary: Leads team members for assigned area or function by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities. What You'll Bring: Certification as Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) or Certification as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CPSDT) through CBSPD required. Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) - Certification Board for Sterile Processing Certification Board (CBSPD) required. Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Surgical Instrument Specialist Certification (CSIS) through CBSPD required. Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified in Sterile Processing Management (CSPM) through (CBSPD) preferred.
