About The Position

We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Shop Foreman who can lead from the front, drive production, and help develop the team. Requirements

• 5+ years technician experience (Ford and/or CDJR preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, diesel a plus)
• Leadership mindset — not just a technician
• Ability to train and hold others accountable
• Process-driven and organized
• Positive attitude — no excuses, team-first mentality

Nice To Haves

• Ford and/or CDJR experience
• Experience with gas and diesel repairs
• Experience with electrical, drivability, and diesel diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop workflow and support dispatching
• Diagnose and handle complex repairs (gas + diesel preferred)
• Mentor and develop technicians
• Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Reduce comebacks and enforce process
• Work closely with service advisors and leadership
• Help build a strong, accountable culture
