We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Shop Foreman who can lead from the front, drive production, and help develop the team. Requirements

5+ years technician experience (Ford and/or CDJR preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, diesel a plus)
Leadership mindset — not just a technician
Ability to train and hold others accountable
Process-driven and organized
Positive attitude — no excuses, team-first mentality
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Morris, MN

Nice To Haves

Ford and/or CDJR experience
Diesel experience

Responsibilities

Lead daily shop workflow and support dispatching
Diagnose and handle complex repairs (gas + diesel preferred)
Mentor and develop technicians
Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and quality
Reduce comebacks and enforce process
Work closely with service advisors and leadership
Help build a strong, accountable culture

Benefits

$90,000 – $140,000+ per year (based on experience & production)
