What You Bring to Heatherwood A positive attitude A customer-first approach to service Safety-first mindset and adherence to all safety policies Ability to combine hands-on maintenance expertise with operational oversight and coordination Leadership-focused, team-oriented approach with the ability to motivate, support and effectively guide team members High attention to detail and accountability for quality and timeliness of work Proven track record of reliability, dependability, and sound judgment Strong commitment to completing time-sensitive tasks and managing priorities for the team Strong ability to quickly navigate, learn, and adapt to maintenance and property management software Strong written and verbal communication skills Openness to feedback and consistent communication with property leadership and management teams Minimum of 3+ years in a lead or supervisory maintenance role in multifamily, commercial, hotel, or similar environments Valid driver’s license
