Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with 5+ years of experience in material handling, aerial equipment, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and support others while delivering excellent customer service
  • Solid diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work on-call and travel to customer sites as needed

Nice To Haves

  • welding or fabrication experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support technicians—providing hands-on training, technical guidance, and skill development
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive components
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspections, and major component rebuilds to keep equipment running at peak performance
  • Maintain safety standards, complete service documentation, manage tools and parts, and support team goals and metrics
