About The Position

The Lead Technician at ServiceMaster Elite Restore works with the Project Manager to oversee restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing project timelines, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in restoration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in restoration services, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as IICRC, WRT, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helps Project Manager with restoration projects from start to finish, including assessment, planning, and execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance skills and performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Project Manager, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
• Perform restoration and mitigation tasks, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and other related services.
• Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure all work meets company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of work performed.
• Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are on hand for projects.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and practices.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered. Provide regular updates to management.
