About The Position

At Walmart, we're seeking a dedicated Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services to join our team. In this year-round role, you'll lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest/disease management.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance including irrigation and pressure washing.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in horticulture or related area.
• Certified nursery and/or landscape professional.
• Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Landscaping/gardening crew leader or supervisor experience.
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish.
• State/local licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain exterior spaces through commercial landscape management.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass and weed management.
• Utilize technology for work order management and record-keeping.
