Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- 2-5 years of commercial and/or residential restoration experience is required
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts
- Willingness to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
- Willingness to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
Nice To Haves
- IICRC water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation certification are all highly preferred
- 2-5 years of floor cleaning experience and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.) is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning projects
- Lead and perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration jobs, including demolition, drying, cleaning, and deodorization
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
- Supervise jobsite setup, tear-out, and cleanup activities
- Document work using our digital job management system (photos, moisture readings, logs)
- Communicate with customers and provide updates on job status
- Train and mentor entry-level technicians on best practices
- Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
