Requirements
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in complex, multi-team engineering initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency across modern engineering practices and software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering leaders to influence technical strategy.
- Proven track record of driving clarity and alignment in high-ambiguity environments.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous requirements into structured, measurable programs.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage senior leaders confidently and concisely.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate productivity and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic initiatives and technical investments across multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into clear technical programs.
- Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, product, design, operations, and customer support.
- Partner with engineering and technical leaders to influence architectural direction and identify risks.
- Lead program execution from concept through delivery while anticipating risks and enabling teams.
- Drive process improvements that enhance visibility and strengthen platform reliability.
- Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into products and workflows.
- Mentor TPMs and other program leaders, sharing best practices to scale program leadership.
