As an individual contributor leader, you will take ownership of the team's performance by understanding the intricacies of the business and technology. You will act as a catalyst in changing the team and organizational culture towards agile delivery. You will also own delivery of your team's business-aligned objectives, produce project plans, provide regular status reporting to key stakeholders, manage risks and resolve any potential roadblocks. This team builds and maintains the technology that helps us safely service the world’s important corporations, governments, and institutions. We help the bank provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk, and extend liquidity in markets spanning over 100 countries around the world.
