Lead Technical Product Manager, Quote-to-Cash
About The Position
Inside the Role At Daimler Truck North America (DTNA), we are driven by a vision to keep the world moving and revolutionize the way our customers interact with their vehicles through cutting-edge connected vehicle products and services. You lead DTNA's Salesforce CPQ subscription and quoting platform for Aftermarket Fleet Services; enabling customers, fleets, and dealers to seamlessly purchase connectivity services such as Track & Trace, Geolocation, Virtual Technician & fault insights, Remote Updates, Safety events, and analytics. You own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle from catalog and pricing configuration to quoting, approvals, order orchestration, entitlements, billing, renewals, and reporting. This role partners closely with Aftermarket Fleet Services leadership, GTM & Sales Ops, Pricing/Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture, and Customer Service to drive enhancements and cross-functional delivery. Beyond CPQ, you will own the adjacent Quote‑to‑Cash stack and key integrations along the Quote to Cash cycle including Pricing, subscription & billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, order management, consent management, and the shop experience in our Customer Portal; integrating with MDM, CRM, SAP, and DT Pay to deliver an end‑to‑end commercial experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; five years of relevant experience is required.
- At least two years in software development or IT.
- Hands-on ownership of a subscription CPQ platform (preferably Salesforce CPQ): catalog/pricing configuration, rules/eligibility, approvals, entitlements, renewals.
- Strong Agile delivery experience; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; proven history of delivering commercial solutions with software engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate across regions and various levels of internal and external partners.
- Exceptional technical documentation skills
- Working knowledge of connectivity subscription flows and interfaces.
- Domain familiarity with telematics/fleet connectivity.
- Strong ability to context switch and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
