Leveraging generative AI, this role aims to transform prior authorization processes by streamlining workflows and reducing delays. As a key contributor, you will oversee auditing, logging, and dashboarding functionalities to enhance AI application performance and reliability. Collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders is essential to design scalable monitoring systems for generative AI and large language model (LLM) technologies, driving innovation and strategic alignment across teams. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
