The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using fans, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment, and be comfortable interacting with customers on-site. Requirements

• Proven experience in water remediation, demolition, or restoration work
• Strong understanding of moisture measurement tools and drying principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing water mitigation and structural drying using appropriate equipment
• Measuring moisture levels, monitoring dew points, and documenting progress
• Assessing water damage and developing a plan for remediation
• Taking photos and completing accurate job documentation
• Performing demolition and light carpentry as needed
• Responding to emergency calls to assess and mitigate damage
• Leading and mentoring crew members during restoration projects
