What you’ll do: The Technical Product Manager will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives. Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations. Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring high-quality user experience. Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines. What you’ll need: At least 3-5+ years in a Product Management role. Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A good balance in technical savviness and business acumen with an ability to dive into the details as well as having a broad strategic thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information to diverse audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within an organization. Extremely important to understand the complexities of software development and the day-to-day activities/needs of software developers and testers. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools. Knowing when to follow the process and when to work around the processes in paramount. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, but also with other product members, as well as developers and testers is a necessity. What you’ll bring: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Assigned the most complex products or product lines. Considered an expert within the discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization. Experience owning the success of multiple technical products or product lines. Experience setting the strategic direction for their group, mentoring less experienced product managers, and ensuring that all technical products under their purview meet business objectives.
