Duke Manufacturing Company has an opening for a Lead Team Member to join our Fabrication B-shift team at our Sedalia, Missouri location! B-Shift is Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am. Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with ensuring department goals are met.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of team members within the department.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to ensure all team members are properly trained.
• Provide regular job performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure team members are safety conscious at all times.
• Coach and support systems, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to Duke's work environment and culture of 'Your Solutions Partner.'
