Duke Manufacturing Company has an opening for a Lead Team Member to join our Fabrication B-shift team at our Sedalia, Missouri location! B-Shift is Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30am. Assist the Supervisor with ensuring department goals are met.
Lead and coordinate the activities of team members within the department.
Collaborate with the Supervisor to ensure all team members are properly trained.
Provide regular job performance feedback to team members.
Ensure team members are safety conscious at all times.
Coach and support systems, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to Duke's work environment and culture of 'Your Solutions Partner.'
