About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience, where Happy Happens Here® every day. As a Lead Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s learning, growth, and development while implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional early childhood teaching experience required.
- PDIS Level 2 or higher
- Ability to meet all Colorado Office of Early Childhood Licensing requirements, including background checks and required trainings
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Communicate regularly with families through mobile apps and in-person conversations
- Collaborate with center leadership and team members to support enrollment and engagement goals
- Ensure compliance with Colorado Shines and Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations
