Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
NC Early Childhood Credential or Equivalent college credits, required
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.

Nice To Haves

AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, strongly preferred
2+ years of experience, preferred
