Requirements

• 1+ year experience in an early childhood classroom
• A passion for nurturing, teaching, and supporting every child
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in ECE (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create a calm, nurturing space for youth 3- 5 years old
• Develop developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
• Track developmental milestones and tailor care accordingly
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment
