Requirements

Passion for early childhood education
Experience in a licensed childcare setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to nurturing the whole child
Ability to list 50 lbs
Desire to have FUN!

Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom activities rooted in a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Foster a warm, inclusive space where children feel safe, seen, and encouraged
Collaborate with a supportive teaching team and build lasting bonds with families
Bring creativity, compassion, and enthusiasm to every moment
