Create individual education and guidance plans for the children in your classroom that are developmentally appropriate. Communicate with parents/caregivers via our parent engagement application. Ensure CACFP point of service meal counts are entered via Child Plus software. Administer pre- and post-test assessments. Using assessment data to formulate instruction to meet children's individual needs. Ensure identified student outcomes are met. Conduct all parent teacher conferences.
