We’re looking for Lead Teachers who are passionate about creating a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding a classroom, supporting children’s development, and working as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Requirements

• Experience working in an early childhood setting
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher (If you’re continuing your education or growing in your career, we’re happy to support that!)

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
• Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Leading classroom routines with consistency and care
• Collaborating with assistants and leadership to support the classroom as a team
