Responsibilities
- Lead classrooms and guide young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Fulfill one of the following: 6 months of childcare experience, 12 credit hours from an accredited college with 6 credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD), possess a degree in ECE or CD, or hold a NAC, CDA, or CCP certification.
- Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
