About The Position
The Lead Teacher at Sylvan Learning Center is responsible for enhancing the educational experience for both students and teachers. This role involves monitoring instructional practices, providing support to teaching staff, and managing center operations in the absence of Directors. The Lead Teacher also communicates performance metrics and student progress to the Directors and delivers instruction as needed. This is a part-time, in-person position.
