Day to day as a Lead Teacher As a new Lead Teacher for our Early Childhood program, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. What you need to be successful To excel as a Lead Teacher for our Early Childhood program at the JCC, you must hold a NY State Teacher Certification in Early Childhood, Childhood, or Special Education. A passion for early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs are key for success in this role. Experience with classroom management techniques and a solid understanding of child development principles will also support you in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our students.
