Positions Available: 🧸 Lead Classroom Teacher: School Age 📅 Schedule: Depends on the children in your classroom and their arrival and departure patterns. 📌 Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time 📍 Location: Washington, NC What You’ll Do: Lead a teaching team to plan, implement, and assess student learning and development. Build meaningful, communication-focused relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Ensure compliance with NC-DCDEE policies and guidelines (including sanitation and CACFP regulations). Foster a classroom environment that promotes literacy, learning, and engagement. Support an inclusive, child-centered atmosphere where every child can feel confident and secure to explore and grow. Qualifications We’re Looking For: 🎓 Preferred Education: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or a related field NC Childcare Credentials 🧑‍🏫 Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of licensed childcare experience required. 💡 Skills: Strong organizational and classroom management skills Knowledge of child development and behavior Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 🌟 At Care-O-World, we believe every child is unique. Requirements

At least 1 year of licensed childcare experience required.
