Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred (Associate's degree minimum plus experience considered)
Child Development Associate (CDA) also considered
At least 2 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction.
Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development.
Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
