About The Position
At My Gym Stamford, we're looking for a dynamic Coach / Lead Teacher to join our team! This isn't your average part-time role-you'll be leading classes, running games, celebrating birthdays, and creating meaningful moments for kids and families every single day. If you're dependable, upbeat, and not afraid to be a little goofy, you'll feel right at home here. Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and reliability
- Availability for afternoons and weekends (required)
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, or coaching

- Interest in early childhood or preschool teaching is a big bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead and support engaging classes, camps, and birthday parties
- Create a safe, fun, and structured environment for children
- Build strong relationships with families and deliver a great experience
- Assist with tours, new enrollments, and light front desk tasks
