Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Required
At least 1 yr Lead teacher experience in a certified childcare center
State-specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
