Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's in ECE (or related field preferred)
• At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and best practices in early learning

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom with warmth, structure, and creativity
• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers
• Observe and assess growth to tailor support to each child
• Keep your space clean, safe, and supportive for learning
