Requirements

Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher.
This position requires working knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements
Requirement Minimum of two years' experience as lead teacher.
Minimum 21 years of age
Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.
Effective communication skills verbal and written.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.

Nice To Haves

CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Implements developmentally age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning, curiosity, and exploration.
Support kids in developmental milestones including potty training.
Creates a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves and learn through play.
Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy experiences into daily routines for children to develop communication skills.
Ensure the classroom is a safe environment that follows all licensing regulations.
Shares housekeeping responsibilities with her team, ensuring that the classroom always remains clean and tidy.
Able to communicate with our families using the tools provided sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.
