About The Position

The Learning Experience® is seeking a certified Lead Teacher to join our childcare team. We’re looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 6 weeks to 2 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery.

Requirements

• ECE certification (90 hours)
• At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
• Communicate with families about children’s progress.
• Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals.
