Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (Agile).
• Strong technical and operational management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership roles.
• Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile Workflow.
• Proficiency in technical skills including Spring Framework, Java, and Hibernate.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
