We’re looking for a systems-minded Talent Management leader who believes that great talent practices are only as strong as the infrastructure behind them. This role is not just about designing talent programs — it’s about building and operating the infrastructure that makes performance management and talent assessments integrated, AI-enabled, and seamlessly embedded into the flow of work. If you are passionate about systems architecture, AI-powered workflows, operational excellence, and building durable, scalable processes (and you love turning complex talent philosophies into elegant, high-impact workflows) this role is for you. As the systems and operations lead for performance and talent practices, you will design and power the infrastructure and processes that makes our talent philosophy scalable, data-driven, and tightly aligned to business outcomes. You are a systems thinker first and foremost. You see broken workflows before others do. You instinctively ask, “How does this scale?” and “Can this be automated?” You are energized by building the infrastructure that allows great talent strategies to thrive. You combine: Strategic talent acumen Deep operational rigor Technical curiosity and comfort with HR technology Strong project management and stakeholder management Holistic view of all talent practices to integrate them seamlessly for end users You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a future-state performance solution and configuring operations to make it real.
